APPSC Group-2 Mains Hall Tickets Available for Download Now

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued hall tickets for the upcoming Group-2 Mains examination. In a press release on Wednesday, APPSC Secretary I. Narasimha Murthy announced that candidates can access and download their hall tickets from the official website starting Thursday.

The Group-2 Mains examination is scheduled for February 23 and will be held in an offline mode. The test comprises two papers, with one session in the morning and another in the afternoon. Examination centers have been arranged across the 13 combined districts of Andhra Pradesh to accommodate candidates.

Initially, the Mains examination was set to take place on January 5, 2024. However, after multiple representations from aspirants citing the need for additional preparation time due to changes in the syllabus, APPSC rescheduled the exam to February 23.

The Group-2 notification was originally issued by the previous administration on December 7, 2023. The online application process remained open from December 21, 2023, to January 10, 2024. Following this, the Preliminary examination took place on February 25, 2024, and a total of 92,250 candidates qualified for the Mains stage. The Mains exam underwent several delays before being officially confirmed for the revised date.

Through this recruitment drive, APPSC aims to fill 905 vacancies across various departments.
